All times are UK time. More than 24 hours before your appointment you can reschedule or cancel for a full refund. Between 24 and 12 hours before, you can reschedule. Under 12 hours, we are not able to do either. None of that removes your right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, which is set out in our terms. If none of the slots work for you, write to us and we will find something.

A blood test is arranged rather than picked off a calendar, because a kit has to reach you or a phlebotomist has to be free in your area. Give us 3 dates that suit you and the address it should come to, and we will confirm one.

A kit you use yourself
Posted to your door. You take the sample with a small device that sits on your upper arm. It punctures the skin to collect a few drops, so it is not needle free, but there is nothing going into the crook of your elbow. You post it back. Nothing to keep in the diary.

A phlebotomist who comes to you
They visit your home and take the sample from a vein in the usual way. Some markers can only be measured properly like this.
We reply within 2 working days, confirming the date that is right for the markers we are measuring rather than simply the first one free, and telling you exactly how to prepare. If none of your dates works for your area, we will offer you something close to it.

Your details are used to arrange your test and are held under UK data protection law. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anybody who is not involved in your care.
