Four steps, and we do not rush any of them.
Step 01. Start with the numbers
Most women begin here, because it gives us something real to talk about rather than guesswork.
You choose how the sample is taken: a kit posted to your door that you use yourself, or a phlebotomist who comes to your address. Either way you do not travel. The sample goes to an accredited laboratory, which takes 3 to 5 working days from receiving it, and your written report follows once it has been read against your history. The report is included and it is yours to keep. If you would rather have somebody go through it with you, a 20 minute results review can be booked separately.
Which markers are worth measuring depends on your history and symptoms, and we would rather test the right few than everything. Testing everything is not thoroughness, it is noise.
Step 02. Tell us the whole story
Your initial consultation is a long appointment, because a history taken properly cannot be hurried. We go through your symptoms and how they have changed, your cycle, your sleep, your energy and your mood, what you have already tried, the medicines and supplements you take, and what runs in your family.
For a lot of women this is the first time anyone has asked for all of it in one sitting. It is held online, so you can do it from your own kitchen table rather than taking a day off to travel.
Step 03. Agree a plan together
Your results are explained in plain language and read against your history, never against a reference range on its own. The plan is built with whichever disciplines your case needs, and it is written down so you can see it, question it and take it away.
Where the evidence is strong, we will say so. Where it is thin, we will say that too, and you get to decide what is worth your time and money.
Step 04. Keep it under review
The first plan is a starting position, not a verdict. We review, we adjust, and where something has not worked we change it rather than waiting it out and hoping.
Your record stays with the clinic, so patterns that only show up over months become visible, and you are not re-explaining yourself from the beginning every single time.
And then what happens
Care does not stop at the end of a programme. It moves to three months, then six, then onward for as long as it is useful to you. Your last appointment ends with your next one already in the diary if you want one. Nothing renews on its own.
What it costs
Every price is shown on the page for that service, and you pay on this website when you book. The price on the page is the price you pay, and nothing is added at checkout.
What you have paid us in the last 60 days for a blood test, a results review or a consultation comes off the Restored Programme if you decide to join it, which means starting small never costs you more than starting big.
Ready when you are: start with a blood test, book an appointment, or ask us a question first.
Restoration, not transformation.
