Appointments

Where would you like to start?

Most women start with a blood test, because it gives us something real to talk about. Every appointment is held online, so you can be seen from wherever you are in the UK; we do not currently see patients in person. If you are not sure which of these you need, just say so and we will help you choose.

01

Blood test

Step one · At home

Where most women start. A kit you use yourself, or a phlebotomist who comes to you. You pay, then tell us 3 dates that suit you, and we confirm one within 2 working days. Laboratory analysis and your written report are included.

Blood test results review

Optional · 20 minutes · Online

Your written report is included with every test and is yours to keep. This is the optional call where the numbers get read against your history by the clinician who chose them. If your report made sense to you, you do not need it.

Initial consultation

Step two · 60 minutes · Online

The long, unhurried appointment where we take your whole history, including what runs in your family, read your results against it and agree what happens next.

04

Follow up consultation

30 minutes · Online

A shorter appointment to see what has changed and adjust the plan. For women we are already looking after.

Lifestyle Medicine consultation

Step three · 45 minutes · Online

Food, movement, sleep and stress, treated as clinical work and built around the week you actually have. Can be taken on its own or alongside a consultation.

Restored Programme

Step four · Over 90 days · Online

For when the plan exists and the real work is keeping it going. If you have already paid us for a blood test, a results review or a consultation in the last 60 days, that comes off this, and we give you the code to apply at checkout.

Every fee is shown on its own service page, and payment is taken there before anything is held. What you pay for your blood test and your consultation comes off the Restored Programme if you decide to join it, so starting small never costs you more than starting big.

Changing, rescheduling and cancelling

Who we can look after

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. Everything we do is built around female reproductive and hormonal physiology. Our testing panels, our reference ranges and the way we read a result all assume physiology that was female at birth and has not since been altered by gender-affirming hormone therapy or surgery.

This is a limit on what we are set up to interpret safely, not a judgement about anybody. Where that physiology has been changed, hormone levels and reference ranges behave differently, and you would be better looked after by a clinician who specialises in that care. You will be asked to confirm this when you book.

Your right to cancel

Because you are buying at a distance, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel, for any reason and without giving one. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you keep the right to cancel and you pay only a proportionate amount for what has actually been provided by the time you tell us. Nothing in the timings below removes this right.

Changing, rescheduling and cancelling

You can change or cancel your appointment yourself using the link in your confirmation and reminder emails. What is possible depends on how close to the appointment you are.

  • More than 24 hours before: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule.
  • Between 24 and 12 hours before: reschedule only. The appointment can no longer be cancelled.
  • Less than 12 hours before: the appointment can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Outside those windows the fee is not refundable, because your time is held for you and cannot usually be offered to someone else at short notice. We would always far rather you moved an appointment than lost it, so please reschedule as early as you can.

If you miss an appointment

If you do not attend, or we cannot reach you, a member of the team will try to contact you up to 3 times. If we still cannot reach you, the appointment is recorded as missed. If you then ask for a refund, we will refund 50% of the fee. The other half covers the time that was reserved for you.

If something went wrong and you genuinely could not attend, tell us. We will always listen first. The full detail is in our terms of service.

Still not sure where to start?

Write to us and tell us briefly what is going on. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right clinic for it, and which step makes sense first. There is no charge for asking.
